Information
Brindleyplace is next to the International Convention Center, the National Indoor Arena, and Symphony Hall, and is only a 15 minute walk from Colmore Row and New Street Station. Directions
By Road:
FROM M5
- Exit at Junction 3.
- Take the A456 towards Birmingham - The Quinton Expressway.
- Continue into Hagley Road West/Hagley Road along the A456 until you reach Five Ways.
- Go into the underpass at Five Ways and join Broad Street, still on the A456.
- 1st set of main traffic lights turn left into Sheepcote Street.
- At roundabout turn right, into Brindleyplace
- Follow road round to the left. The Multi storey car park is on the left.
- The Regus Center is on the 2nd Floor of the Red building opposite COSTA COFFEE BAR.
FROM M6
- Heading towards Birmingham on the M6 Motorway, leave at Junction 6 -Spaghetti Junction.
- Get onto the Aston Expressway (A38m) towards Birmingham City Center.
- Proceed over the flyover which takes you into St Chad's Queensway and go through the underpass.
- As you leave the underpass turn off, DO NOT ENTER THE NEXT UNDERPASS.
- Continue through traffic lights to Paradise Queensway.
- Take 2nd exit, following signs to the ICC.
- Carry straight up Broad Street
- Past the HYATT HOTEL (On your left) until you come to the 2nd set of traffic lights.
- Turn right into Sheepcote Street. At roundabout turn right into Brindleyplace
- Follow road around to the left.
- The Regus Center is on the 2nd floor of the red building opposite COSTA COFFEE BAR.
- There is plenty of parking available at the Brindley Place Car Park. There is also parking available on Sheepcote Street.
By Public Transport:
- All trains stop at either New Street Station or Snow Hill Station.
- A taxi rank is directly outside New Street, if a cab is required.
WALKING FROM NEW STREET STATION (15 mins.)
- Exit the Station following signs for Victoria Square.
- Turn left when you leave New Street and follow the signs for THE MAILBOX.
- As you walk under a dual carriageway, THE MAILBOX will be on your left, TURN RIGHT and walk up to Paradise Circus.
- Turn left onto Broad Street and you will pass the HYATT HOTEL on your left, he ICC on your right, THE WALKABOUT on your left, EDWARDS on your right.
- Before you pass THE BRASSHOUSE, turn right and carry on walking, you will pass PIZZA EXPRESS, BOOTS and CAFE ROUGE.
- Regus Brindley Place is on the 2nd Floor of the orange building, next to CAFE ROUGE

Regus Blythe Valley is Midlands based and therefore located in the heart of the UK. The Business Centre is conveniently situated in one of the regions most picturesque Business Parks, surrounded by 87 acres of pure countryside and extensive grassland. Blythe Valley is protected by the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust to preserve its wildlife and natural beauty. The building itself is of modern construction with extensive window frontage from which to enjoy the views of the valley.
Directions
From the M42 Exit at Junction 4
Immediately follow signpost & filter lane into Blythe Valley ParkDrive down the dual carriageway to first island, and continue straight ahead
Proceed to second island, turn left into Central Boulevard, and continue for approximately 200 metres.
The Regus Centre is on the right, with parking in front of the building and overflow car parking at the Virgin Active site – a car parking permit is required from the Regus reception to park at Virgin Active
From the M40 Exit at Junction 17 onto the M42 North-bound carriageway
Proceed up the M42, exit at Junction 4.
Immediately follow signpost and filter lane into Blythe Valley Park, and follow directions as above
From the M6 Exit at Junction 4 onto the M42 South-bound carriageway
Proceed down the M42, exit at Junction 4.
Immediately follow signpost and filter lane into Blythe Valley Park, and follow directions as above
From the M5 Exit at Junction 4A on to the M42 North-bound carriageway
Proceed down the M42, exit at Junction 4.
Immediately follow signpost and filter lane into Blythe Valley Park, and follow directions as above
Airports
Birmingham International Airport – 15 minutes drive
East Midlands International Airport – 40 minutes drive
Manchester International Airport – 1 hour drive
Luton International Airport – 2 hour drive
Train
Trains stop at Birmingham International Station, where there is a taxi rank directly outside – travel time from here to the Regus Centre is 15 minutes. Trains also stop at Solihull Station where taxis are available – travel time from here to the Regus Centre is 10 minutes
