Once you have enrolled course and chosen your preferred dates you will receive an email with full joining instructions and a link to join our virtual training course and a link to download your electronic delegate folder and all the materials you will need to prepare for your exam. This process is very easy enabling you to be connected to the training course in minutes. On completion of the course you will be sent a Prometric voucher enabling you to take the ITIL Foundation exam at any Prometric test centre on a date and time that suits you. There are many test centres across the world.
