ITIL® Update – Re-sits
To provide a further update on the transition period to the new ITIL examinations in January 2012; any candidate that has been unsuccessful in their examination during or prior to December 2011 will be able to re-sit the hybrid examination until 31st January 2012. Any candidate taking an examination for the first time after 1st January 2012 will be required to take the new examinations. For further information please email or ring us.

Due to its continuing success Advance ITSM is moving to larger offices in the South West of England near to the historical town of Gloucester. These offices include large training rooms which will be used for ITIL public courses serving the South West of England.
